I found this video at the Bow River Basin Council website. It was produced by the Western Irrigation District and is the first of a number of episodes. This is the only video I have viewed so far, but I will watch a few more and report back. I had been reading a few presentations and skimming some papers by the BRBC and was about to post a link to a much more boring presentation when I found this much more exciting video. The video is actually pretty well made and packs a fair amount of info (for example, 80% of the Bow River Flow, not that Bow River Flow, is from snow melt).
There are a few copies of the video on YouTube, the one I was watching has 2 view! I think both are from me! Episode 9 and 10, which have been up for a month have zero. Maybe some time tomorrow I will be first and hopefully not the last. And maybe sometime this summer I will make it out to the head of the Bow, it looked pretty awesome in the video!
